"Gay Pride" Protest at Gainesville City Hall, July 17th
The City of Gainesville gives thousands of dollars in support services grants to the Pride Community Center of North Central Florida each year.
This money comes from Gainesville’s tax payers via the Department Of Parks, Recreation and Cultural Affairs. It covers the cost of support services required for the Gainesville Pride Festival and Parade which will be held on Saturday, August 29th, 2012.
The Department Of Parks, Recreation and Cultural Affairs Support Services Grant budget is also shared with groups that put on arts festivals, music festivals, air shows, Christmas decorations and patriotic events such as Martin Luther King Jr. and Fourth of July Celebrations, and the Gator Homecoming Parade. These are all decent, healthy, honorable events the whole community can enjoy. The Gay Pride Festival is not.
“Purely religious events are not eligible for in-kind/support services," states the Application for support service grants from the Department Of Parks, Recreation and Cultural Affairs.
So "Gay Pride" is a benefit to the community but religion is not?
You are invited to stand with us at this Protest, calling for morality, decency and common sense to be brought back to America!
VIDEO: Dr Terry Jones says there is no pride in homosexuality
Terry Jones quotes the Bible in explaining that there is no pride in homosexuality and that the morality and common sense must return to America and American values in order to continue to be a great nation.
There is no pride in a man lying with a man or a woman with a woman. Homosexuals go against what is natural out of acts of rebellion instead choice to go against society and the common good.
It's time to resist the evil and the homosexual perversion and take our nation back.
Thank you,
