Obama wanted to “break free” from the “constraints” of the US Constitution. He has broken America. He thinks the Constitution is “a charter of negative liberties," so he is taking the liberties away.

Obama said the Constitution “is an imperfect document" "that reflects some deep flaws in American culture.” His 'solutions' are down right evil.
