Gay boys should join the Girl Scouts ~ Terry Jones, Presidential Candidate

We at Stand Up America Now support the Boy Scouts of America’s policy of excluding gays from joining or being leaders in their organization. Because of the sexual orientation of a gay man or boy, his being sexually attracted to other males, it would of course be improper to place him in such a setting. He would perhaps be better fitted for the Girl Scouts. We recommend that the Girl Scouts should consider allowing gay men and gay boys to join their organization.
Every United States president since 1910 has held the honorary post of president of the Boy Scouts of America during his term in office. Considering President Obama’s position on the issue, and Mitt Romney’s support for Gays in the Boy Scouts, we recommend the Boy Scouts of America remove President Obama from this post and revise this policy.
Presidential write-in candidate, Terry Jones
“I feel that all people should be allowed to participate in the Boy Scouts, regardless of their sexual orientation.” Mitt Romney, 1994 The Romney campaign recently affirmed that this is still his position.
“The president believes the Boy Scouts is a valuable organization that has helped educate and build character in American boys for more than a century. He also opposes discrimination in all forms, and as such opposes this policy that discriminates on basis of sexual orientation.” White House spokesman Shin Inouye, August 8th, 2012
